Dr. Rick Bauman works with executives, management, and teams in many different fields. The application of Neurolinguistic Programming to the human side of business challenges is one of his special interests.
Dr. Bauman completed his undergraduate work and Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he specialized in the industrial/organizational arena. His training led him to conduct extensive research on what makes for compatible and effective teams in working environments. He also worked with the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations on a number of Federal and State research projects.
His experience includes posts such as President of Division II of the Wisconsin Psychological Association, President of National Psychological Consultants to Management, Member of the Wisconsin Psychological Association Continuing Education Committee, Faculty Advisor at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology, Internship Advisor for Cardinal Stritch University, Advisory Board of Modern of Marshfield, President of the Metro Flying Club, President of the Rotary Club of Wisconsin, and a seat on the Board of Directors of the Counseling Center of Milwaukee.
Dr. Trevor Hyde is a member of the R. Bauman & Associates’ team of Organizational Psychologists. Having more than 16 years of diverse experiences, he provides assessments for key leadership and management roles within a wide variety of organizations. He is also a specialist in working with Public Safety and military-related evaluations.
In addition, he holds the position of Chair of Health and Behavioral Sciences at Cardinal Stritch University, where he teaches and runs the graduate programs in psychology.
Dr. Hyde began his graduate schooling in the social/organizational psychology program at the University of Buffalo and completed his Ph.D. at Marquette University.
Dr. Hyde is a member of the American Psychological Association and National Academy of Neuropsychology. He did psychological assessments and organizational interventions at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center for 5 years. He was a recipient of a Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Grant, and he has 10 publications with a focus on psychological assessment.
